Student Grievances Redressal Cell
Mechanism for Student’s general grievances
- Committee consists of 5 faculty members and 2 students (1 boy and 1 girl). Time to time committee meets to discuss the channel to receive student’s complaint and mechanism to solve the issues.
- Complaints can be lodged with the committee members/ Mentors/ HOD’s/ Vice Principal/ Principal. Such complaints should be taken by the committee for resolution/ enquiry.
- Complaint can either give oral or written form. Students can also put their complaints and suggestions in Complaint Box.
- Committee members will sit together and discuss about the issue raised.
- Committee members shall record its findings in writing supported with reasons and shall forward the same with its recommendations to the Principal/ Management within 15 days.
