CAREER COUNSELING

The Career Counseling and Guidance Cell of the College operate throughout the year. At the time of the admission it provides guidance to the fresh entrants as to which stream of study is suitable for them keeping in view their interests and aptitude. During the academic session, it provides students with material as mock test samples, guidance for books and magazines.

Career Counseling and Guidance Cell endeavors for the holistic development of every student in the campus so that they can serve their community, society and motherland. Keeping in view Students Focused Approach, the Cell provides career as well as psychological counseling to students. The counseling cell of the college begins with a significant role from admissions days by rendering valuable career guidance to students to help them to choose the right subject combinations in conjunction with their aptitude and attitude.

Throughout the year, career counseling programs are carried as when the students need any guidance from Career Counseling Cell. The aim of Career Guidance Cell is to instill knowledge, skill and awareness amongst the students of the College about the latest trends in education and career. Our college has provided ample opportunities for its pupils to explore new avenues in career in the field of Science, Arts, Commerce, Social Sciences and Agriculture.

PLACEMENT CELL

The College has a Training & Placement Cell to arrange, training and placement activities. The College Placement Cell remains on its toes trying to organize campus interviews, workshops, lectures, seminars and counseling sessions for job aspirants. The Training and Placement cell provides support for placement of Final year students of UG and PG Classes. The support services that it offers are in the form of arranging campus interviews, grooming students to face the final test of their knowledge and arranging Guest lectures, workshops, seminars for career counseling as well as make efforts to provide practical training to the students.

Placement cell is pro-active in arranging Campus placement drives by inviting reputed enterprises from the corporate world like AON Hewitt, Wipro Tech, IBM-Daksh, KOCHAR INFOTECH etc. Many leading companies were invited to the college in connection with placement opportunities for our students.
