Library

Library is a place where the learners acquire and enlighten themselves by gathering vast knowledge. The library advisory committee meets at regular intervals to discuss various issues related to library facilities, services, and activities. The committee works towards improvement of overall library infrastructure and resources.

Library of the college has a capacity to accommodate several students at a time and has been subdivided into periodical, reference and post graduate sections apart from a reading hall. Besides stock piling books it has a subscription to journals, magazines and newspapers.

Digital section of the library provides access to e-journals, e-books and full text books under N-LIST program. Book bank in the library and departmental libraries is a learning resource for meritorious, needy and deserving students who are facilitated to get books issued for the whole of the session.

Total number of books in the library is 32565, 9-Newspapers in English, Hindi, Punjabi like ‘The Tribune’, ‘Indian Express’, ‘Times of India’, ‘The Economic Times’, ‘Punjab Kesari’, ‘Ajit’, ‘Punjabi Jagran’, ‘Dainik Bhaskar’ and various monthly-Magazines like FRONTLINE, COMPETITION SUCESS , SPORTATAR, ARYAN HERITAGE, ARYAN JAGAT are also
available. Other than nine-newspaper, Employment Newspaper, Journal: WORLD FOCUS, e-Journals like e- ShodhSindhu, Shodhganga are also available for the students.
